  • To place an order, go to our salt products tab and choose either one-time or subscription orders. Select the product you want, then either add it to your cart and checkout, or complete the subscription options and click subscribe.

  • We offer several different delivery options, catered to each of our customers needs. Please visit the Services page located in the top menu, for pricing and delivery options.

  • We proudly serve customers within a 20-mile radius of Peoria, IL. If you are outside this area, please reach out through our contact form or by phone. We’re continuously expanding and would be happy to discuss service options in your location.

  • No worries! For every delivery, our team wears shoe covers to keep your floors clean. We take care to respect your home while bringing your salt right to your tank.

  • Subscriptions are billed every 6 weeks. Your billing cycle will start and repeat based on the day you place your first subscription order.

    Your order will be delivered every 6 weeks on the day and timeframe you select when you subscribe.

  • Billing details can be updated, and subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your customer account.

    Subscription changes such as bag quantity or salt type must be requested prior to your next billing cycle by calling 309-322-7550.

  • We do provide delivery and Tank-Fill services for businesses within our service area. Since every business is different, please call us for a customized quote.

  • We specialize in delivering softener salt directly to your door or tank. Please note, we do not offer installation or repairs.
