Simply Salt is an automated water softener salt delivery service. We install a smart sensor in your brine tank, monitor your salt levels remotely, and refill your tank before you ever run out.
Once you sign up, a tech comes out and installs a sensor into your softener's brine tank. It monitors your salt level in real time and alerts our team when you are running low. We schedule the delivery and handle the rest.
Yes. The sensor is yours to keep from day one. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, valid as long as you remain on an active Simply Salt plan.
Softer water, cleaner dishes, softer laundry, and longer lasting pipes and appliances, all without lifting a single bag, checking the tank, or worrying about forgotten refills.
There is a one-time $50 installation fee for the sensor. After that, you only pay for your monthly plan: $16 or $20 a month for an Individual plan, $26 or $30 a month for a Household plan, depending on which salt you choose.
We serve customers within about 40 miles of Peoria, IL. If you are just outside that, get in touch anyway. We would rather hear from you than have you assume the answer is no.
No. For every delivery, our team wears shoe covers to keep your floors clean.
We prefer it, but it is not required, as long as the water softener stays accessible.
Yes. We deliver to businesses and fill brine tanks on site. Commercial pricing is quoted to your usage, so reach out and we will put a number together.
Not currently. We specialize in delivering softener salt and filling your tank for you. We do not offer softener installation or repairs.
